My training relationship with Jason is a twice a week commitment in the beautiful Central Park – not once has Jason ever been late or canceled an appointment. Jason’s knowledge base of everything health and fitness is impressively immense. Not only does he focus on adequate form while training, he educates on diet so that you can maintain your perfect body weight and energy level. On the days that Jason and I do not train together, he follows up with me to track my progress and to offer assistance – who does that (no trainer that I have ever had!) With Jason’s expert assistance, I have lost 13 pounds, dropped 3 pant sizes, have rock-hard abs and can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life – at 42 years old. I couldn’t have done it without him!
